Please find attached an updated Soviet deployment country reference sheet. Player feedback and analysis showed the Russian 1941 set-up to be under-representative of the forces the Soviets should have available given average 1939 builds and losses leading up to Spring 1941. Most of the additional forces have been placed in rear areas as the border set-up is based on historical unit deployments.
Some minor changes to the 1939 set-up have also been made (replaced a couple of the arctic Soviet infantry units with Winterized Soviet infantry units).
