Nation for the railway gun: Germany , Great Britain, Russia, Italia.
Every nation mentioned have a production of only one gun by turn, France start the war with only one railway gun and dont have the possibility to construct other, Alsace-Lorraine sector.
Great Britain start the war with 1 railway gun at London sector.
Germany start the war with 3 railway gun. Two at Saar sector, one at Rheinland.
Italia start the war with one railway gun at Milano sector.
Russia start the war with one railway gun at Leningrad sector.
One railway gun = 6 railway gun. Attack 8 and defence 4, no 8 in defence.

I kinda think we need a second attack move for ships.

The range of ship combat is just to small to reflect history.  Like the bismarck started out from norway fjords to attack the british convoys , sank the hood and got hunted down as they were moved to france. An that all within 14 days.

What do you guys think about adding a second attack move for ships aswell?

Yeah - we spoke about it but this would make the game really long - you can try it. Tough to reflect everything in history...

One of the idea we discussed during our last game is to reduce the movement / flexibility of planes a bit more.  The Axis were swinging their entire airforce from the Russian front to France on the mech and non-combat phase which seemed a little unrealistic to us.

One suggestion was this: on the movement phase, planes either move their range to support a battle or 2x their range to land in a friendly territory.  Planes that fly into a battle stay there at the conclusion of the battle (or retreat to an adjacent space if the ground forces they were supporting retreat).  On the mech phase, planes may support a mech battle they are adjacent to (i.e. adjacent to the battle which they supported during the regular movement phase).  On the non-combt phase, planes land.  Those that were in a battle may fly their range back to a friendly territory and those that flew 2x their range during the regular movement phase may fly 2x their movement again in the non-com phase.

We have not playtested this or thought about it overly much yet, but this is one of the ideas that came out.
