What is the compagnie you us for printing on plastic base?  For my first playtest i us miniatures on the first version. But this weekend is 4 day for me and i attack this problem thank a lot.

It is printed on glossy label paper - one solid sheet. We print it out on an inkjet printer then stick the whole sheet on white styrene plastic  sheets that are available from hobby stores. Then we carefully score the individual counters using a round razor wheel that is attached to a plastic guide (available at stationary stores). Then we just snap them apart.
