Leader list is pretty much completed. There was a bit of adjusting. We will playtest the Pacific a bit more - afterall we have to try to break the game - in the hope that it is not broken...

About 15 leaders for the Germans - no luftwaffe. The leaders are not active all at once. Many rotate out and in on a time frame...

The Germans start with: Rundstedt, Leeb, Bock, Guderian and Hoepner
On the Place Builds Phase of Winter 1940, they add: Hoth, Weichs, Leeb and Kleist.

On the Place Builds Phase of Winter 1941, if they have not yet won the war, Hitler removed less 'reliable' generals Guderian, Hoepner, Leeb and Bock and add Manstein, Paulus and Kluge.

On the place Builds Phase of Winter 1942, if they have not yet won the war, Hoth is removed and Kesslering and Model are added.

On the Place Builds phase of Winter 1943, if they have not won the war, Manstein is removed and Manteuffel and Dietrich are added.

Once a German Mech unit is landed in North Africa, Rommel is placed with the unit on the Place Builds Phase.

That is the Germans leadership moves for example.  We played around with the idea of air leaders - but did not add them yet - but perhaps certain air leaders could give a boost to combat like Richtofen gets a re-roll for ground support, Harris gets re-roll for strategic bombing, etc.

We did add something similer for German subs.  The Germans start with three sub 'aces' (Kretschmer, Luth, and Prien) that give them Sub attack re-rolls.  Something similar could be considered for air-leaders - but have not played with the ideas yet.

What are you thinking as far as air leaders go?

Very nice ... i would definitely go for air leaders aswell.
For ground leaders i would like to see some offensive and defensive experts if not yet exist.

One thing , should't Rommel's ghost division „Gespensterdivision" be a part of the france campaign already next to Guderian (Maybe with a different role)

I still think there should be a lot more leaders that come available if some other die , but they should be a lot weaker

Have you thought about adding air leaders?  Like a Harris or Spatz for strategic bombing, Dowding for fighters, Richtofen for tactical bombing?  Maybe they could act similar to u-boat aces?  Any ideas or suggestions for a few air leaders?

Its an interesting idea.  Like Harris could provide heavy bombers on a strategic bombing mission with a re-roll.  Dowding could provide fighters a re-roll for air-to-air combat over their home country territory.  It may add some interesting flavor - but I would be concerned that it might get abused. . .Wouldn't Dowding just sit in London the whole game?  Would he ever get removed or eliminated?
