What's the most efficient way to invade Norway?If you have the imitative and move first, I usually sent a transport with a landing craft in Narvik with a mnt unit, and a transport with a landing craft with a mnt unit in Oslo, with 2 paratroopers, and have the second Norwegian unit die once Oslo is taken. If the Allies try to reinforce that unit, I have the kriegmarine on standby, with a few air units from northern Germany. Is there a better way to invade Norway?

That is super effective but you need to wait until Spring 40 right?

Yes Spring 40,  start  building a paratrooper, air transport, naval transport,  and another mnt unit on the first turn,, then 2 landing crafts on the second.
