Good Luck Ken - I hope you have a good game!   Do you have any players lined up?   Post the results and pics in the After Action Reports - looking forward to the results. . .

Ken- Am I going to get a bunch of phone calls from Aaron about rules and strategy?  Or has he had time to go over the game enough that he now know what he is doing? ;)

I hope you have a good time.

I will be running the game the weekend of Boardgamegeek Con in Irving Texas in November and maybe MillenniumCon in Austin in November if you think you might be interested.

I think that his issue is that he is in Los Angeles, CA.

He can't seem to find players there and wishes he could travel out to Texas to play.

we started the game at 10am with my 1941 start, and decided to quit around 5am on winter of 42, it is hard to tell who would have won, the allies landed in europe in autumn of 42, british and american forces defeated half of the japaneese navy and stopped their advance toward india, british and american forces stopped the italian/german advance in the med however the russians were having a problem halting the german advance but with the allies in europe it took a lot of heat off the russians and they were poised to finally stop the germans.   So it would have been a close game.  I am scoring it as a draw,  the problem was it ended up being only two of us playing almost the whole time.

It can be a lot to do when you are by yourself one side, but it can also be great sight when your plans come together.

Not that I ever have that happen, but I have seen others enjoy such delights. :o

Thanks for the invitation, but I won't be able to make it this year. But keep me posted for upcoming events next year.

The Fencon game is what prompted me to finally complete the spreadsheets.
