V-Rockets

I have a couple of questions on how he V-Rockets work? Are they a one time use weapon? What is their range? Do they get eliminated when the Allies control the area that they are stationed, and can attack them by air? Thx in advance.

V rockets fire every round. They have a range of 2. They can not be shot down. The only way to eliminate is for Allies to take over the area they are located in. They can only move by rail.
