What is the wood you utilize for the base of artillery and infantry. thanks
-
Hello- I get them at an Arts and Crafts store. They are called wooden mosaics squares and rectangles.
Thanks-John
-
Ok thanks.

Those little bases are also available at some game & hobby stores plus some vendors at most conventions will have some in stock. They can be made of wood, metal, plastic, or a magnetic strip.

You have a name store with online shiping for buy this product. thank.
-
you can also buy styrene plastic sheets and just cut them with an exacto knife - that works as well.
Any hobby shop that sells balsa wood should work. I am trying to think of some international chain or hobby shop that you can buy stuff off the web. . .
-
My suggestion would be to try a big chain store, like Michael's Crafts - I think they'd be most likely to be the most affrodable when you take into account that you wouldn't have to pay shipping as you would with an internet vendor.

I think you should buy it online. I just did a quick google for "buy balsa wood online" and came up with several options such as http://www.specializedbalsa.com/balsa_sheets.php
