Title: Collaps Germany/Japan

If you take Tokyo/Berlin with 5 units, then all the appropriate units are eliminated, but who now controls the vacated territories?

For Italy/France the rules say the territories become uncontrolled neutrals, but it does not actually say this for japan/Germany.

Their unoccupied territories also all become uncontolled neutrals. :)
