Title: Blue line in the Indian Ocean

1. Does this block the British from moving their transport and crusier in Sydney Harbor and ferrying over troops to east africa?  I couldnt find anything that said you couldnt only that the Americans could not cross any of the blue lines.  In our current game I have been moving soldiers over from Australia to africa.

2. I can place units in Canada as I would in the UK home territories at any time?  Just wanted to make sure this was right.

Hello aordolin.

1)Yes - you can move from Australia to Africa.
2)Yes - You can build in Canada just like UK home territories.
