Production in Canada

Montreal and Vancouver are Production Centers and I would assume that they have unlimited production when it comes to units other than infantry?

Even though there are these Production Centers in Canada, is Canada limited to only producing one infantry unit (In Montreal)?

The British production centers in Canada are treated like regular Brtish production centers - they can produce everything that can be built in the UK (including infantry) additionally, one more infantry unit can be built in Canada per turn.  While a little funky, the Brits could therefore build all 4 infantry in Canada if they so desired.
