Values look good - I like the flexibility much more. This option seems much better and less artificial. I like the fact that air can do ASE alone and you can involve more destroyers if needed. Very cool

Maybe the rulebook should state which planes get the bomber \ fighter status in ASW.. or do the naval bombers count as fighters ?  With Option 2, will the "3 Subs" attack rule also be removed?
