Are you going to run a game on Thursday?

I am going to be at Origins all four days hanging out with Greg Smorey and the A&A tourneys.

Thursday would be a good day for me to try the game out.

See you there!

My birthday is 1/29.  Just send it to me first and I will then send it along to CHNfromG after checking it out for a day. :o ;)

Rules questions from first edition / Re: Rule Clarifications

So an air unit in a territory/sea zone can respond to defend an adjacent territory/sea zone, even if the territory/sea zone they came from is being attacked?

That would infer that there isn't a way to force an air unit to stay and defend the territory that they are in.

The defender would be able to choose where the air unit can defend.

No screwy suicide attacks to "pin" the air units in the adjacent territory/sea zone.

Oops! :-[

I forgot that the information is listed on the other part of the website.

That maybe where I subconsciously got the $200 number from.

What will the cost of the game be for everything sans the parts?

I can handle < $150 (Okay, < $200!) for the print material and make it happen with the massive amounts of parts that I have accumulated over the years.

I hope to get in a game next year at Origins and/or Gen Con Indy.

While I saw you at Origins, I did not see you at Gen Con Indy.

I was only there for a couple of hours on Saturday morning.  Between walking the whole convention hall to see what it was all about and hanging with Greg Smorey and his A&A Mega Tourney, I must have missed a bunch of things.

I did see the one of the other large map A&A games that is out there:

He was set up in the same ballroom as Smorey's tournaments were.

I will look for you again at Origins next year!
