Hi -  Lend Lease maximums are printed on the map.

The U.S. may lend lease up to 15 PP to Britain (5PP in each of the North Atlantic sea zones)

The Allies may lend lease up to 5PP via the Burma road to China and they may invest another 3PP to fly Lend Lease over "The Hump" (The himalayas) to get the Chinese 2 PP.

The Allies may lend lease the Soviet Union up to 5 PP via Murmansk/Archangel, invest 5 PP (for 4) to ship leand lease across the Pacific to Russia, and invest 4PP (for 3) to truck it the Southern route to Russia across Persia.

I think those are all the Lend Lease routes.
