Rules Questions & Clarifications / How triggers for minors work??
« on: June 09, 2015, 03:34:57 PM »
I would like someone to explain me how the triggers for the minors work. I understand the plus and minus work depending what territories you aqcuire, but my question is, do you roll a D6 or a D12 dice, and what number are you trying to reach/roll? I read the part 23.0 in the rulebook but I still cant come to any understanding how things work.

General Discussion / Leader minis for the game
« on: February 17, 2015, 11:32:16 PM »
I don't know how many of you are familiar with shape ways but I would like to share something that I found on it. They make leaders for every major country so we don't have to use the plastic stands anymore but an actual miniature. I'll attach a link for you you guys to check them out, I'll be buying some soon. They also sell airfields, naval bases, u-boat pens, to really pimp your next game. http://www.shapeways.com/shops/ebardmodels

Reviews / Pacific Game Pics
« on: January 15, 2015, 08:25:16 PM »
Ive been an owner of the European game for a few months now and recently I decided to purchase the pacific game. Ive been playing A&A for about 15yrs now, own most of the block games, and all the games of the EFS series, playing these games I had the most fun of all the above. I encourage everybody to take a good look into this game its one of the supreme games out there. I have been collecting miniatures for a few years now so when Im playing I dont glue the counters under the miniature base, after a while we able to recognize all the different units on the board. Map is amazing, and the more experienced guys are always here to help you with anything you need. Im attaching a few pics of the 1939 set up, I hope soon we will do an AAR of the Pacific game, since they arent all of them here. New ppl will be able to see the game board all set for action, and the rest enjoy my minis as I do when Im looking at others. Have fun.

Afer being an owner of the European game, I recently purchased the Pacific version of the game. When I was printing the counters I noticed that the US has counters for heavy armor rated 7-7 and 8-8 which I cant found them on their national chart. I looked over the US europe charts and I saw that the 7-7 armor unit is avail on Spring 44 but nothing about the 8-8 armor unit and when its avail. Can you guys plz clarify this to me?

Rules Questions & Clarifications / Action/ Movement Phase questions
« on: August 28, 2014, 08:27:24 AM »
Ok I read the rules while Im waiting for my map to be delivered, and I have a few questions on how the chit draw works. I read the action/movement phase a few times but Im having a hard time understanding on how the movement and combat works, maybe this is partly that english is my second languange after all. So lets begin, you have 5 chits in the cup at the beginning of the turn(0-4). Example the axis player draws a 3, and the allies a 1. Now all the leaders that have an initiative of that number and higher get to move with all or some of the units , initiative winner first, right? Then what happens? If the leader and the unis move into an area with enemy units do they initiate a combat, or you draw another chit, and there is only one combat(max 4 rounds) once all the chits have been drawn? If not, leaders with an initiative value of 4and the units attach with them can initiate 5 combats  every turn?

I have a couple of questions on how he V-Rockets work? Are they a one time use weapon? What is their range? Do they get eliminated when the Allies control the area that they are stationed, and can attack them by air? Thx in advance.
